Yes, Just let us know at the checkout and we'll provide an invoice.

You'll receive a confirmation email or message once your order is placed.

Can i request a specific product you don't currently stock?

We're always open to suggestion! Contact us and we'll try source it for you.

Can i pay on delivery?

We currently do not offer cash on delivery/

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to Malta and Gozo.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Depending on your location in Malta/Gozo, we may be able to arrange same-day delivery. Contact us for details.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Malta/Gozo usually take 4 working days (Saturday & Sundays not included)

How much does delivery cost?

We have a fee of €6 on each order but orders over €60 are free to Malta and Gozo

Do you offer in-store pinkup?

Yes! You can choose "Pickup from Store at checkout.

Yes, all our items are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Can you reserve an item for me?

We can hold items for a short period - just give us a call to arrange.

How long is a gift receipt valid?

A gift receipt is valid for one month from the purchase date.

What is your return policy?

items much be returned to our store at Top Spot Paola in their original condition.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Please bring it back to our store and we'll replace or assist you.
