Despite his breathing difficulties as an asthmatic penguin, Wheezy has a lot to say for himself as this talking action figure. Unlike the character in Toy Story 2, this Wheezy hasn't lost his squeak so when you squeeze his air-filled body, he makes an acoustic ''honk.'' Featuring 10 electronic phrases and a detachable microphone, this Antarctic avian is one you'll definitely warm to.
